April 4-9th
SundayWarm lentil salad with raw carrots and snap peas. LPO-carrots, sugar snap peas.

TuesdayManhattan Tuna Chowder (crockpot) with biscuits. LPO-onion, carrot.
Wednesday- Baked carrots, roasted sweet garlic, thyme, and marscapone risotto, grilled salmon. LPO- carrots.
Thursday- Leftovers plus irresistible greens gratin. LPO- greens.

Manhattan Tuna Chowder (crockpot) with biscuits- OK, I guess I'd make it again if I needed to. The biscuits were delicious.



Baked carrots, roasted sweet garlic, thyme, and marscapone risotto, grilled salmon- No takers for leftovers. That is always a sign that although the meal was nice that night- not sure I'd make it again.



March 28-April 2nd 
Sunday- Leftover steak and vege soft tacos. LPO- lettuce. 
Monday- Teriyaki tempeh strips on steamed greens with sweet sesame dressing. LPO- cooking greens, bok choi. 
TuesdayCarrot, Bacon, and Onion Quiche. LPO- onion, carrots
Wednesday- Grilled fish with steamed artichokes. LPO- artichokes.
Thursday- Kielbasa with grilled sweet potato and scallion salad. LPO- sweet potatoes, green onions.
 



Leftover steak and vege soft tacos-Easy to make, Keeper





Teriyaki tempeh strips on steamed greens with sweet sesame dressing- Keeper to both





Grilled sweet potato and scallion salad- ok way to use up sweet potatoes-  not a keeper for me.











March 21-26

Monday- Spicy stir-fried chicken and greens with peanuts. LPO- cooking greens.
TuesdaySalmon teriyaki and steamed asian greens. LPO-asian greens.
Wednesday- Oyster mushrooms and onion salad with strips of grilled beef. LPO- oyster mushrooms, onionlettuce.
Thursday- Pasta with marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, garlic bread. LPO- garlic.
