Sunday- Redo GF, DF Mac n cheese (recipe already on blog), steamed bok choi. LPO- bok choi.
Monday- Lentils, Rice, and Chickpeas. LPO- onion, garlic, parsley.Tuesday- Mung Bean Biriani, salad. LPO-onions, garlic, potato, lettuce, cherry tomatoes.
Wednesday- Vegetable Tagine. LPO- onion, carrots, parsley.-Didn't make
Thursday- Leftovers with greens. LPO- greens.

March 7-11th
Sunday- Carrot and spinach quiche, Chicken, apple, arugula and goat cheese salad. LPO- carrots, spinach, onion, garlic, eggs, arugula, apple.
Monday- Sunflower Seed Casserole, salad. LPO- onion, lettuce, apple.Tuesday- Stir fry. LPO-totsoi, carrots, onions, broccoli.
Wednesday- Cold Sesame Noodles. LPO- bok choy, carrots, broccoli.
Thursday- Something on the grill, sauteed spinach. LPO- what ever is left!

Sunflower Seed Casserole- good, will try it on sandwiches this next week and decide if it is a keeper. It was OK. I'll keep looking

Gluten-free, Dairy-free Walnut cookies- Keeper
Crumbly, but worth it if you are either chocolate free and/or sugar free- Keeper
