Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 t chili paste with garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large filet of wild salmon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Blend together the marinade. Coat the salmon with the paste mixture. (I marinated the fish for a while before baking)
- Bake salmon in the preheated oven until it registers 145 with an internal thermometer.
