Sunday- Redo GF, DF Mac n cheese (recipe already on blog), steamed bok choi. LPO- bok choi. 
MondayLentils, Rice, and Chickpeas. LPO- onion, garlic, parsley.TuesdayMung Bean Biriani, salad. LPO-onions, garlic, potato, lettuce, cherry tomatoes.
Wednesday- Vegetable Tagine. LPO- onion, carrots, parsley.-Didn't make
Thursday- Leftovers with greensLPO- greens.

Wednesday- Cold Sesame Noodles. LPO- bok choy, carrots, broccoli.
Thursday- Something on the grill, sauteed spinachLPO- what ever is left!
Carrot and spinach quiche- Keeper 

 Sunflower Seed Casserole- good, will try it on sandwiches this next week and decide if it is a keeper. It was OK. I'll keep looking

Stir-fry with Hoisin sauce (no picture)- keeper

 Cold Sesame Noodles- I've had better.

Gluten-free, Dairy-free Walnut cookies- Keeper
